After just 30 days of taking my capsules, I can’t honestly say that I’ve noticed any big changes…but considering the general view is that it takes approx 12 weeks to see the benefits it feels premature to rate Collagen Complex, hence the 3 star rating. I will say though that I’ve had no problem taking them, and they don’t seem to have any adverse effects on my digestive system…thankfully!
