“Just started using them , i will confirm once i do a blood test after the 3 months. I do believe i feel a bit better but will wait for the figures to prove it as well. Strong smell of urine in first week of use. For a family run business, seems to me that there is a very strong advertising campaign after you join. I do believe they do well and help me at the moment but the strong ads campaigns and the push to buy more for diversity of issues makes me think they are not really that beneficial and they lean towards profit. Anyhow, will update in 3 months after the blood tests confirm the level of Vitamin D in my body”
