“I started taking these tablets back in July 2022. They started to work almost immediately, and within a handful of days I had virtually no symptoms. Hurray! No hot flashes, improved memory, not as much brain fog and, as a result, a better mood. There's a small downside...I did get a bit constipated after about 2 months of taking the tablets.
