“I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and whilst I don’t feel a great deal better I don’t feel worse which can only be a good thing. I still feel tired, have brain fog and my migraines haven’t improved but I’m lucky in that I don’t have flushes etc (long may that continue!) I’ll keep on taking them for the duration of this order (3 months) and then see. The one real negative is that they taste awful!”
