Well before starting meno complex I was waking 2-3 times a night with hot flushes, hadn’t had a good nights sleep in easily 6 months, even in work I’d experience the hot flushes, I’m 3 weeks in taking meno complex each evening, I have now had 4 nights with no hot flushes, slept through, I feel alert again and not sleep deprived. Meno complex has become part of my daily routine, many thanks as I feeling like me again. Can’t praise meno complex enough.”
