“I have been suffering from night sweats and joint pain ( hips mainly) for a number of months! Got fed up of taking a cocktail of analgesia to try and rid the pain! Did some research and realised these amongst many others are signs of the menopause Have been taking x2 capsules a day for approx 3weeks and have to admit symptoms seem to be lessening So will keep taking and in my opinion well worth the money”

After taking meno complex now for nearly 2 months, they have greatly improved my mental health, no more black moods! I don’t get night sweats at all. Yes they are expensive per bottle but buying 3 bottles at a time , they are competitively priced. I would not take anything else

Regarding the product itself it's only my first month but I chose Meno Complex as it has the top reviews online above the A Vogel menopause product I was taking. I was feeling great in myself for the first time and only changed as this product has more ingredients that are recommended. However, I don't so far feel quite so good - I am more tired and struggling getting up in the morning which doesn't mean it's a bad product but I suspect the other one had higher levels of magnesium which is what I need. Believe me over the years I've tried all the supplements - combined and individually so to have a combined one that has a little of everything is so much more cost effective and easy. I shall continue and see how I go, it could be just my body adjusting. On the whole I feel massively better than I did a few years and even months ago so things are looking up.”
