“Been taking Menopause Complex for over a year but I am still unsure of it's effectiveness. I haven't had a period since 2013 and started HRT because of truly horrendous hot flushes. I stopped HRT a year or so ago as I had been on it for 13 years and was concerned, but my hot flushes returned along with feelings of anxiety, depression etc. I didn't feel I could re-start HRT having already stopped it so I researched other more natural things and came across Purolabs Menopause Complex. I didn't feel it made any difference for months and was going to give it up but I persevered as I thought the vitamins and minerals would be good for me anyway. I am still unsure if this product works for me with regard to hot flushes as I still have them but they are less intense. Maybe that is because it is winter? Maybe it is because I am further down the line with regard to the Menopause and the flushes are naturally fading a bit. Who knows? Will probably continue with this product for the nutrients if nothing else and I don't want to risk stopping it in case it is working a bit.
Just wish it was cheaper as it is costing a fortune.”
