“I started using menopause complex in February of this year.
For about three months prior to discovering this brand I was starting to go through the peri menopause.
Although at the time I wasn’t sure what it was. I was experiencing very extreme mood swings, extremely low mood , and I was starting to feel like an old lady. However approx 4 months on and a bit further into my menopause it doesn’t seem to be touching the nighttime flashes. Not sure why?! Has my body just got used to it and so not effective?
