“I ordered Meno Complex in the hope that it would relieve the night sweats and allow me to get a decent night's sleep. I have been thinking about going on HRT but wanted to try a natural possible solution. I have been taking them for just over 3 weeks and it hasn't made any difference for me. I have read that I need to take them for 3 months, so I will persevere and hope that it does start to work. I know from some of the reviews I read that some ladies have noticed an improvement within a few weeks. I suppose I was secretly hoping that would be the case for me too! I will certainly update my review again once I have completed 3 months.”
