“I’ve only just completed one month so I can only base it on that. My hot flashes are worse not better but my mood swings have lessened. I’m hopeful in the next month the flashes will lesson too then I can give an honest opinion based on a longer time. I bought three months in total so I will see at the end if I feel any benefit in comparison to Menopace which is what I previously took”
