“I've been taking these now since 2nd March. The reviews were really promising so I'm really hopeful I will see an improvement soon!! My hot flushes and night sweats don't seem to have reduced unfortunately :(
My energy levels are still the same but I have M.E so I wasn't expecting a huge change there anyway. I think I'm less irritable and tearful so hope that in time the rest of my Menopause symptoms will also improve..... especially the Hormonal headaches/migraines which can be extremely debilitating at times.”

“Fantastic product. Took about 6 weeks to feel the benefits. Went on HRT to help with menopause symptoms especially hot flushes.
