“Product okay but delivery dreadful. Ordered 26 November with supposed delivery within 5 days. Did not arrive until 16 December. I allowed for postal strike but as pointed out to Purolabs several other parcels from other companies ordered after this order were delivered in time. My last email from them on the 16th December informed me they had just issued an urgent replacement. I don’t know where they sent this replacement but it certainly wasn’t to me as I am still waiting on it.
This experience has really put me off ordering from Purolabs again which is disappointing as the write up on their website was so promising”
