“These vitamins are quite pricey but have a good mix of vitamins and minerals. I think its too early to tell if they are any good. I always feel a review should be given after at least 3 months of use.

“These multivitamins are more complete than competitors but I have given 4 stars as I believe they could be improved if the B12 (Cyanocobalamin), could be replaced with Methylcobalamin, as I believe that is most easily absorbed by the body. Its too early to state any benefits, particularly as these are replacements for another make, however, I used to feel some nausea when taking the others but I have not felt while taking these.”
