“Capsules are a bit daunting but easy to swallow.
Have been taking 3 per day for 6 weeks and have experienced less joint pain, more alertness and better sleep. Cannot take after evening meal as gives me stomach cramps but taking 2 after lunch and 1 after breakfast seems to work
Have started subscription and this seems flexible. Pleased they are delivered by royal mail and go through letter box. Customer service is very good”
