“I have struggled for years. Taken movicol which after a while you kind of have no control (its all or nothing) Fibogel is disgusting to take . However these are great. I go between 2 or 3 a day and it has made such a difference. I have been using these for around 2/3 weeks. I would recommend, I went for it and bought 6 boxes but you could start with 1 box and see how you fair.”
