“No doubt it helps as an anti inflammatory and i felt the benefit after a couple of weeks taking 2 tablets per day. however at this point i started suffering from diarrhoea ..i reduced to one tablet per day which has dealt with the latter problem but i just feel the benefit of the two tablets per day has reduced the anti inflammatory effects. Still i am content with the overall results”
