“I’d read about how good taking turmeric to reduce inflammation in your joints was. The thing I didn’t know was there is a lot of products out their with stuff in them you Really don’t need in your turmeric! Luckily puro turmeric is pure turmeric and which again I didn’t know has black pepper and ginger extract in it which also helps reduce inflammation and boosts the overall effectiveness further. In a nut shell great product. Would highly recommend.”
