“I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks so a bit premature to see results. They are long and thin capsules and I was very worried about size as I have a problem swallowing tablets. I have managed to swallow them ok so far and if one gets stuck I can push it down with a small piece of food. I also take the vitamin tablets as well as the turmeric so have 3 pills to swallow!”
