“These are very good - within 2-4 weeks of taking them I saw a huge difference in my skin. I generally have decent skin, but this plumped it out and gave more life & colour to it. “Easy to take, After 2 blood tests a month apart in which a low white cell count was found in both cases. the NHs website recommended taking Vitamin C it’s to early to tell if it’s working yet and my next blood test is at the end of May”
