“I bought these mainly for the Biotin, as I'm hoping to improve my hair thickness/growth. Too early to tell of there's any difference so far, but the packaging and delivery of purolab products was quick and easy.
I also got the omega 3 capsules, but these do leave a strong fishy aftertaste for a long time afterwards (even after taking just before eating a big meal!) Which is pretty off-putting.”
