“I took some of the activator with the plain HCL as directed. I liked it ok, but when I ran out I just took the HCL alone. The HCL seemed to wok just fine alone for me. I guess it depends how bad your digestive issues are whether you need the activator or not? For me I don't feel I need it anymore, so I will just continue with the regular HCl caps. I like the way you can call Dr Bob Marshall's business and his secretary will tell you what you need, and how much. You might have to wait a little till you get through, but they are very friendly folks out there in Austin, TX.”
