“I bought this and the HCL (not sure which was the culprit, I took both) back in October but didnt try it until mid November (just wanrted to wait and do a little more research, only took one before and one after each large meal). I didnt change anything about my diet except for this. After a few weeks, blood started comeing out my 'backend', really scary. I immediately stopped taking it and the bleeding stopped. I called the "Trained" customer service line and talked to Jessica (I think) who treated me like I was bothering her and could care less. I told her what was going on and asked if I could return. She said I was over my 30 day and I couldnt. No concern about the effects of the product, no apology, nothing, just attitude and pretty got me off the phone as quick as she could. Clearly, I wont be taking this anymore and wasted $85. I still have it in my cabinet should a decent rep from the company wish to contact me to make this right.”
