“Easy to use - made curry and wanted to see if quinoa, which I love in salads, would also substitute well for rice. It worked really well(i could tell the difference in the enjoyment of the curry) when i used half a packet of this quinoa per serving in a large bowl with a curry (with lots of gravy). It was delicious and not too heavy and easy to prepare. I will try the other products in this range as well, but will continue to use this plain one as a rice substitute when cooking for myself.”
