“I purchased a bag through QVC. I haven't had it more than 6 months, and one of the leather side tabs that the strap hooks on to, broke. I have to pay all the freight charges to have it repaired. I paid nearly 300.00 for this bag, and it's defective, but I HAVE to pay shipping to have it repaired. For 300.00, I'd expect that shipping would be covered. Love the bag, not happy about having to pay shipping.”
