“Great watch. Was a little skeptical about making the purchase given current sanctions but wasn’t an issue. My watch came to me in perfect condition and quickly. I love the size and fit for me. And it’s cool that it has the Cyrillic writing. Only critiques are that the bezel doesn’t click so it turns easily, and that it tends to run a bit fast. I have to re-set it by about 3 minutes every couple days. But these are minor details, it’s a fantastic product from a great seller”

“First off R2A or Russia2All as I used to remember them is an excellent, trusted seller with very fast free shipping. Very happy with their service throughout the years. The dolphin is a remake of a classic Rusdian dive watch and in many ways is very similar to the original. Build quality on this watch is excellent by any standards. The watch has a high polished case that is very well done. The case back is brushed and screwed down with engraved Cyrillic lettering. The crown is oversized and polished and has a very nice heft to it. The watch is 38mm in diam with a 14mm thickness. It feels extremely solid and has great wrist presence for it's size. If you are afraid it may look to small don't worry. It wears big but is very comfortable. The dial is a black Sunray dial. I wish they would have stuck with a flat black enamel finish but that is one area of divergence from the original. It does add an interesting effect to the dial. The printed and painted dial is very well done although a bit more lume on the dial would have been appreciated. However for a Vostock the lume is very good. The lumed bezel is a nice bonus and it is engraved and lumed not just printed. I wish it had 120/60 click unidirectional bezel instead of the omnidirectional friction bezel but this is true to the original. The handset is probably the best part of the watch along with the classic case shape. The hands are nicely finished and polished with a unique Rusdian style. The lume on the hands is very good. Love the lollipop seconds hand. The double domed mineral AR coated crystal offers excellent legibility and looks great on the watch. I have no problem with it not being sapphire. I love the fact this watch uses the Rusdian 2416b automatic movement and not a Chinese made Sieko NH35 seen on so many watches these days. Nothing wrong with the Seiko movement but if I am buying a Rusdian watch I prefer a Russian movement. The 2416b is maybe not the most accurate but is extremely durable and reliable. This watch basically has an in house movement made by the manufacturer which adds a lot of value in my opinion. If you like Rusdian watches this is a must have watch and the sale price made it an irresistible buy. You simply won't find a better watch for less. Unfortunately with geopolitical tensions as they are all things Rusdian are not popular and while I do not support the current regime ruling Russia I can't blame the Russian people for their governments actions and it certainly doesn't take away from an excellent Rusdian watch! I highly recommend the Sturmanskie Dolphin!”
