“I’ve been a long term user but the latest order was disappointing. The free gift for my larger order was out of stock and no replacement was offered. They have removed the scoop from the packaging to save the planet. They just assume we are all into sustainability politics. Some of us don’t care and just want the scoop put back in the bag. They even have the temerity to try and sell you a scoop. Think about that. They save money by taking away the scoop and mask it as saving the planet and then expect you to buy one from them going forward. Also, the bag won’t seal properly. The press seal does not work this time so I can’t seal the bag.
In general RADIX is a really great product. No complaints, but the scoop issue, the missing t-shirt and the damaged seals mean I will just go back to buying my product from a local store who are happy to provide a free measuring scoop.
I think a lot of companies in the health space would benefit from realising we are not all into saving the planet.”
