“As much as I'd like to comment, I can't because Allied Express who have accepted the task of delivering these items to me, have failed miserably. Hence one star only because I haven't recieved them yet so I can't comment and mu review will not process unless one star or more is highlighted....The Allied Express tracking shows the items have been in a depot in Mudgee since 13/12/2025 (it is now 19/12/2025). Allied Express do not 'own-up' to an adress or contact number in Mudgee (about 1 hrs drive each way for us) on their website or online, and my online query to them about what is going on resulted in a 'please be patient' return email to the effect that 'we are too busy to respond to your enquiry for at least another 3 days'. Clearly Allied Express have over-committed and do not have the resources to run their business in a reasonable / efficient way. My review comment is for you to not engage these people to 'deliver' goods for you anymore. It's not good for your business.”
