“I only gave this a three because I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. But I do shoot HP5 in my medium format and it has been a very good choice in lower light conditions. It also offers more latitude in the push/pull process.”

“Incredibly flexible, love pushing it to 800 for a grainy moody look. It's less contrasty than TriX if you prefer contrast, but more contrasty than Cinestill BWXX 200.”

“I love Ilford black and white films and HP5 is among the best. I love its versatility and tones. It's a great all around B&W film. If you can only take one roll, this is a good choice.”
