I used in very low light with no flash and still got some very nice shots

Cards on the table: the only color films I’ve used is Kodak Ultramax 400, Fujicolor 200, and Kodak Pro-Image 100. Reformed 400 has a very true-to-life color palette, and is close to Pro-image 100 as far as grain, noticeably less grainy than either the Ultramax 400 or the Fujicolor 200. It honestly looks a lot like Pro-Image 100, but with a notch lower color saturation, especially in the reds. The colors are much better than the Fujicolor, and less garish than Ultramax. Red halation is apparent around bright highlights, but for my purposes I find it unobtrusive if not slightly interesting in some photos. Overall, given the speed, colors, fine grain, and price point, I think it’ll pretty much be my go to color negative film.
