“My first order with Reformed went great, but this order was less positive. I sent in 2 film rolls, but Reformed told me one of the film rolls was blank on arrival. I accepted this as something that happens with cameras, but rather than sending me back the blank film rolls from my vacation, Reformed threw away my film without any warning. I think a photo company should understand the possible sentimental value of every film roll, even those that appear blank and cannot have their images developed.”
