“We get bad winter weather here in Buffalo, NY and sometimes lose power but with the Regency Fireplace Insert I don't have to worry about lack of heat, works with or without power and is much more efficient than a fireplace. Thing is a beast, one of the best upgrades to my house. Highly recommend getting one if you're not sure, pays for itself.”

“We have had to change batteries every month in the fireplace. Remote will not turn off flame at times. Can set remote on 68 degrees and it will not shut down when temp reaches that temp. This is very disappointing as we heard good things about this fireplace.”
