“There are many things we like and one thing we would change if we could. What We Like - Product packaging was very well done. - Installation was straightforward and easy. - Ember stones and individual logs look realistic (not plastic formed logs with lights) - Flames with mirrored back looks fairly realistic. - Good heat with 220V power supply. - Very good quality remote What We Would Change - The ability to control the light intensity of the upper light that shines down on the logs. - Ability to change the colour tone/shade of the upper light. (No need to different colours) Take it or Leave It- No need for unrealistic colours. - Just dial in the realistic tones/shades.”

“The flames look more realistic than the propane FP it replaced. Bonus the color choices for the embers which can coordinate with holidays. The heat is enough to warm the side of the room furthest from the thermostat. The remote is easy to use.”
