“Easy to load and easy to clean. Quickly heats up so the catalytic converter kicks in and the fan. Heats the entire house and is very quiet.”

“The stove heats my 1400sf home with ease, sometimes to much. It seems that it is pulling to much air (I can hear it whistling when the stove it shut down) and my burn time are only about 6 hrs, not the 12 hrs as I was sold. I had the it looked at by the company that I purchased the stove from which they explained that my chimney has drafting to much (24.5ft) and to solve this with a damper. I installed the damper and the stove still pulls to much air but the company said the fire looked normal. I also have a humming noise when the stove is down to just coals, if I move the air control a bit it will stop. REALLY ANNOYING!”

“Takes some time to get started (have to keep the door slightly open at beginning) and takes a while to warm up the room, but once going, it does give a lot of heat with fewer logs than our old wood stove. Have noticed that the door handle is very tight when opening after being unused for a few days/weeks, but once open it turns easily. Looks very nice”
