“We continually have problems with the remote that we purchased for our gas fire. It continually drops sync with the fireplace and you are unable to control the system. This is very annoying as you have to re-sync with the fireplace. Overall a very poor product.”

“The way that the fireplace works suits our needs very well as well as being a great show piece. The only problem that we found and resolved was that we had lights fed from a power point that interfered with the RF signal of the FG39 remote. The lights now have WiFi controls and no more problems”
