“Our pellet stove was installed and we've had repeated issues with it, an unresponsive installer and deapite what looked like initial response from Regency, they've now also gone quiet. We get a smell of smoke in the house and it burns really dirty using all different pellets - hard, soft, different brands, etc. The installer came back out once (after multiple attempts to hound him about it) to replace the door seal but that did nothing to fix the problem. He was suppose to come back to adjust it and never showed up despite repeated attempts to contact. We contacted Regency and they said they'd be in touch with the installer and despite multiple follow-ups with them, we've heard nothing. I'm really disapointed that we spent thousands of dollars on something that doesn't work the way it should and am really questioning not just our installer, but also the product itself despite knowing others with the same model who haven't had these issues.”

“Looks great and works even better. So far, after 4 years, it is the one for me. Low maintenance, super easy to clean, and even can clean the flue from inside. Be sure and get the "roll out assembly and flue brush&rods. My installer was super, even let me make a video of him cleaning it! I'm glad I did, I use it all the time. Thank you, Scott Reeder.”
