“The design is great. Lots of glass and the tiered burners are pretty realistic. We had some hiccups with the installation but the retailer/installer was attentive and persistent until we were satisfied. the only problem now is that is high enough tech I keep trying to talk to talk to it instead of using the remote and it won't listen.”
