“This is installed in a colder area of the house. It keeps the room nice and warm in the winter. With our old unit we could feel cold air from the fireplace and could hear the wind and the rain. With this unit we do not feel or hear any outside elements. We Love It.”

“We purchased a Regency Fireplace this year and love it! I especially like the remote to access all functions. Our old wood stove was just too messy and I was tired of all the soot on furniture and drapes. We really like the look of it!”

“This is one of the best, most beautiful fireplaces ever. I love the clean contemporary look, the full view glass & how the screen over the glass acts as a protective barrier from the hot glass making it safe for my pets & me. The reflective glass on the inside is uniquely unexpected which makes the flame appear more prominent. I love not having to relight the pilot once it's turned off completely & was again amazed that the pilot shuts itself off after the unit has been turned off for a week. i love the ergonomically contoured remote control, making it easy to hold & operate along with the easy set features and the smart set temperature feature. This fireplace really keeps my entire 1100sf home very comfortably warm when we need it. We hardly notice the rather quite blower fan which does not have to be turned any higher than the medium low setting for comfort. It was also very reasonably priced with an attractive rebate. We will definitely purchase another one for our new build in Carson City, NV. Love it, love it, love it!”
