“We purchased our unit in the fall of 2919. Immediately upon install the receiver had to be replaced. Within 2 weeks the fan was rattling so hard it would wake us up if it went on in the middle of the night. We had multiple service calls until the fan was finally replaced. The following month, the pilot lite started going out, after all this the unit was replaced. The new unit immediately had issues again with the receiver and not reading with the remote. Save your money and look elsewhere.”
