“We have 2 Regency Fireplaces purchased for a new home. We moved in to the house in Oct. 2018. The HZ54E has worked well with no problems. It looks nice and heats up the space well. The HZO60 has not worked properly since it was installed. This review is for the service as we have called Regency and they tell us to contact the store where we purchased the fireplace. Very slow and lack of communication is frustrating. We have tried placing new venting and still have issues. They are now going to try and replace computer controller. The fireplaces look nice but when things do not go as planned i wish we had someone other than the local dealer to help us!”
