“I am dissatisfied and very disappointed with the poor quality of the paint finish. I chose a Regency insert after comparing it with other high quality products and had it installed January 23, 2020. During the installation the paint on the unit and faceplate began flaking off. This is unacceptable for a company like Regency that advertises that they are selling a “high-quality product that their customers can enjoy for years to come”. The retailer that I purchased the fireplace insert from has photos that he has submitted to Regency, but I’ve not had a response yet.”
