“Our gas fireplace is great for our normally cold family room. We can keep the rest of the house cooler, while allowing the fireplace to heat the room. The flames and logs are very attractive and the remote control makes using the fireplace very easy.”

“We LOVE our new fireplace insert! It is absolutely beautiful with our natural stone fireplace, it heats very well, and DOES NOT EMIT ANY SMELLS AT ALL! We previously had regular gas logs. The smell of the propane gas made me very sick with headache, lung discomfort and nausea. I am delighted now to be able to enjoy the beauty and benefits of a gas fireplace with no detriment to my health. It cost a whole lot more, but in the end, it is worth it.”

“We have had a wood fireplace in the center of our house for 40 years. We never used it. While the gas insert was expensive as we had to also put the aluminum pipes up the flue, I enjoy the heat and the appearance of the flame. I wish the face showed more brass/ gold instead of so much black. I also wish the fan was a little quieter. It is not terrible. But no noise would be fantastic. I do not know how much it has added to our heating costs yet. I have the central house fan on it and it seems to distribute the heat through out the house. When the bills come in we will know.”
