“This basement installed UNIT along with another previously installed gas FP on the upper floor managed to heat our 3300 sf. home all winter (2020-2021) so we could TOTALLY AVOID the use of our EXPENSIVE Electric Heat Pump. The additional natural gas used did have a cost of course and I haven't yet calculated the savings but it was nice to have a source of reliable heat from a "semi green" device that runs somewhere near 70% efficiency rather that having the Heat Pump run is HEAT STRIPS, VERY inefficiently nearly 24 hours per day in -20 Degrees C outside, striving to get our house up to a Winter minimum of 70 F. We highly RECOMMEND this UNIT. CS.”
