“We replaced a similar 22 year old unit with a new P36E when we decided to change the look of our fireplace. We love the handheld remote that allows us to turn off the pilot lite so that we are reducing our gas costs. We now have confidence in our new fireplace and have been regularly using it to take the chill out of our family/living room. We were particularly pleased with the Service we received from our Haven Home Retailer/Installer. Especially Jenn and Matt. They followed up and made sure we were happy with our Regency Unit.”
