“The unit burns cleanly heats the room quickly and the whole house in a reasonable amount of time. It looks good as the substantial amount of glass in the door makes for good viewing of the flame. We do have one concern, however. We had to have the material (cord) that helps secure the glass in the door replaced as it frayed. Unfortunately the problem has reoccurred suggesting that there may be a manufacturing fault.”
