“Our experience with our first Regency fireplace has been unbelievably awful. There has been multiple issues since it was installed, with no resolution despite attempts to fix it. The only realistic resolution would be to replace the unit or a full refund would be satisfactory please contact me Curtis Ross at 315-534-3250.”

“Since we had our new fireplace installed last fall, I find that the fan is often very noisy and rattles a lot. At times it is so loud, that it interferes with conversation/television.”
