“Purchased the i1150 insert September 08, 2020. Insert itself seams great. It heats our entire home. We absolutely love it. However, we purchased the optional regency blower and its been a nightmare. We paid over $400 for the blower and haven't been able to use it. It is so Loud that you can't carry a conversation or enjoy a movie. Been in contact with dealer, but 2 months later still waiting on a solution. Hope it gets resolved soon. So we can enjoy our purchase and give a positive review.”
