“The stove works great but the fan is loud! Works well, blows lots of hot air out and heats up the house, but it's loud! I also have heat pump heater with a fan, and it's quiet, so many times I will heat with the stove, but run the heat pump fan to circulate the air, because did I mention, the fan in the Regency unit is loud! I still like it a lot as it burns nice and even and completely.”

“This wood insert works great. My only comment is that the fan blower is noisier than I would expect. I want to particularly praise the service provided by your sales representative at Capital Iron (located at downtown Victoria, BC), Michelle McAuliffe. We would not choose Regency without her wonderful effort.”

“Now that we got a replacement stove from the first regency insert this one doesn’t whistle when the dampers closed. Pumps out a lot of heat. We’re very happy with it”
