“I am very happy with the protein shake. I'm on my third bag now and it really helps me, as a non meat eater, get the daily quantity I need.
I had a consultation with a Nutritionist earlier this year who pointed out that at my age (67) I needed way more protein than I was getting from my diet. This has helped me get that balance. I have tried other flavours but come back to this one. I add all sorts to it in a smoothie and am pleased to have such a great product to support my health.”
