“I've been taking this supplement for around 12 months. It took around 9 months before I noticed that my skin particularly on my legs and arms was not as dry as it had been and felt smooth. My nails have become stronger, having always been weak. I haven't noticed any improvement in my skin elasticity on either body or face. I am very sensitive to chemical taste and have tried many collagen products and am just unable to stomach them, however, this is a pleasant enough drink and very palatable, the best that I have tasted. This is definitely worth trying but it has to be an investment as it will take a fair few months to see results. The company is good to deal with.”
