“Only my first month but after a few days I felt better somehow less aches more energy- I like fact it's recommended to be taken on an empty stomach I've got into a good routine of having it whilst waiting for my tea to brew - pleasant enough taste easy to take ask me again in a couple of months - I think after 3 months you know something is beneficial or not”

“I've been taking the collagen for about 6 weeks, I have found it incredibly beneficial for pain from arthritis in my knees, so much so that I am able to run and generally just move without discomfort. “I have been taking collagen shots for approximately two years. It has definitely helped with some of my perimenopausal symptoms. “I've been using Collagen Shots for some time now mainly as I find them the best value for money of all the options. My skin definitely feels better since taking this supplement. My one criticism is that the powder doesn't dissolve very well - I wonder if there had been a change in formula as I'm sure this wasn't the case at the beginning.”

There has been no change to our formula, just the packaging, however the product is 100% natural so the batches can differ from time to time. A little tip to help the product dissolve better, add the Collagen shot in to your glass first, then add water, stir, leave for 30 seconds and stir again.....works a treat 😊
